If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from my store, please let me know and we will be more than happy to make it right via refund or replacement.
Original artworks (like paintings) however, cannot be replaced or refunded. These are originals that I put work and time into and are sold as is. Please know that I always strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if something should occur, I am very happy to discuss with you some options so that we both have a great experience!
Shipments on paintings are always insured and some package will require signature, so that should anything happen to it, the payment can be refunded or the painting replaced.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.
- We cannot be responsible for lost international packages, as USPS first class international only provides tracking until the parcel leaves the U.S.
Since we have no control over each country's specific mail service & customs office, we can only ship the package in good faith & send it on its way.
